Shipping Info

Orders Shipped to the US: All orders under $50 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $4.00. Orders $50.00 and above (applies to final total) qualify for free shipping. All major credit cards and Paypal accepted.

International (outside the US): Unfortunately, shipping to outside the US is very expensive. If you still wish to inquire about ordering from us, please see THIS page. A Paypal account is required to order.
 
 
We ship 2 to 3 times a week. The specific days vary depending on scheduling issues and holidays. Orders usually ship 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed - via USPS. You will receive an email on the day your package ships. It takes 1 to 7 days from your shipping confirmation for most packages to arrive in the US. Because we do not ship every day, we do not offer expedited shipping.

USPS will sometimes hold packages at the post office if they can't deliver to your home for any reason (for example if a signature is needed for delivery, stray dogs are in the area, there isn't a safe location to leave a package, etc.) Often they will leave a notice, but sometimes not. If you do not claim your package, USPS will return it to me and there will be an additional shipping charge to re-ship.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot ship to correctional institutions. They ALWAYS refuse the packages.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS. If your order is returned because you did not provide the correct mailing address, there may be additional shipping charges to re-ship your order. Depending on where you are located, there may be occasional delays with USPS due to harsh weather or goblin raids. Please contact us if you do not get your order within 10 days of the shipping date.

Exchanges Only: Please read the product details and contact us if you have any questions about a product before ordering. No exchanges/returns on personalized items. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days in pristine condition. Any additional shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. EXCEPTIONS-If your item is damaged, we will of course consider refunds or replacements. If you receive your item damaged, please keep all packaging materials and the item/s (we might ask that you send them back, depending on the item). Be prepared to supply photos of all damages, which we will need for claims purposes. Without these things, we might not be able to issue any refunds.
